Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

• Inside Kathmandu Valley:

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days

• Outside Kathmandu Valley:

  • Delivery Time: 2–4 business days (depending on location)

Please note: Delivery time may vary slightly during holidays, peak sales periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the following business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message along with a tracking number from NCM so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Delivery Attempts

If the delivery is not completed on the first attempt, WE  will contact you for rescheduling. Please ensure your phone number is correct at checkout.
